Dormers

Where you require space and headroom, we would erect a Dormer Conversion which allows an extension to the existing space and headroom within the loft conversion. A dormer can most easily be identified as a protrusion from the slope of the roof, normally at the rear of the property. You will find that a flat roof dormer will add maximum amount of additional space.

All off our operatives are able to report via photo, video, e-mail or phone any problems on site. This can then be reported back to the Property Managers to be dealt with promptly.

Hip to Gable

Where a house has a hip roof there tends not to be enough internal volume for a conversion to be practical. A hip to gable conversion is the best solution. This type of conversion will significantly increase the size and usable space in your loft.

L-Shaped

Most L-Shaped conversions are constructed towards the rear of the property, creating lots of space. This extension will typically extend over the top of an existing first floor. This is usually above an existing bedroom or bathroom. Even though this type of conversion is a very popular choice owing to the vast amount of extra space it provides, this is not suitable for all properties.

Extension

There are a number of different types of extensions you can apply for, this will depend on your property and the space you have around it. You are subject to planning restrictions to what you will be granted ie: single side, rear or both or a double side, rear or both.
